Chromalloy is seeking a Production Operator to support the manufacturing and repair of aerospace components in a fast-paced environment. You will perform production, cleaning, assembly and processing tasks following standard work instructions, quality requirements and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Able to communicate in English across all work tasks and shifts.
• Comfort with using hand/power tools and basic measuring instruments.
• Committed to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train and perform production operations across multiple manufacturing areas.
• Use hand and power tools to prepare, clean, process, repair and assemble aerospace components.
• Follow work instructions to cut, shape, bond, form, inject, cure, trim, drill and repair parts.
• Perform chemical cleaning and surface preparation processes and surface finishing.
• Conduct hand cleaning operations including acid etch, sanding, blending and deburring.
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, scales and tapes to verify quality.
• Inspect and certify own work according to standards.
• Load, transport and stage components through manufacturing processes.
• Operate material handling equipment and PPE as required.
