Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials and assist production processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role emphasizes strict adherence to safety and quality standards, with a 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:00pm. Starting rate is $21.56 per hour, with a 10% shift differential for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE.
• Maintain compliance with JSAs, SDS, and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
