Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage helpdesk calls, emails, database inquiries, and YouTrack tickets; clarify needs, communicate status, and confirm resolution.
• Troubleshoot Maintenix and related application, navigation, access, data, and business-process issues.
• Investigate discrepancies, implement routine corrections, and escalate complex or high-impact issues with analysis and evidence.
• Test software and perform Formal Qualification Review testing using approved procedures.
• Administer EData+ access after authorization and validation.
• Maintain complete ticket records, notes, and knowledge articles for reuse.
