Job summary

A technology solutions firm is seeking a Support Analyst in Austin, TX, for a long-term contract role. The analyst will research technical support issues in the Texas Student Data System, execute user testing, and create technical documentation. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Texas Student Data System (TSDS) at the LEA/vendor level.
• Experience in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Familiarity with documenting software issues, release notes, and technical guides.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve technical support tickets regarding TSDS.
• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for end users.
• Assist the Product Owner team with customer outreach during data submission.
