Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s.
• 5+ years of experience in operations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for two business units and drive budget adherence.
• Lead capacity planning, staffing, and capital investments.
• Review cost trends and implement corrective actions with Eng/Manufacturing teams.
• Set annual goals and monitor progress quarterly.
• Maintain customer schedules and progress communication.
