Job summary

Hanwha Aerospace USA is seeking a Quality Manager in East Windsor, CT. This exempt role reports to the Director of Quality and leads the Quality Assurance function across the site.

The position requires managing audits (AS9100, NADCAP, customer), driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance of all quality processes with export controls and MRB/DQR standards. Candidates should have a engineering degree or equivalent aerospace leadership experience.

Qualifications

• US Person required; compliance with ITAR and EAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience plus 5+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance function and drive continuous improvement of quality policies, procedures, and systems.
• Manage, mentor, and direct all quality team members.
• Ensure QMS compliance, audits (AS9100, NADCAP, customer), and regulatory adherence.
