Qualifications

• U.S. Person able to work with ITAR data and meet clearance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• High school diploma or GED with 10 years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership or operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Full control of Profit and Loss for two business units with oversight.
• Prepare and present budgets with Sales and Finance teams.
• Manage capacity planning, investments and staffing to support plans.
• Review costs and adjust to meet budgeted standards.
• Monitor productivity and progress via regular reporting and action as needed.
