Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field, or 10 years of experience in lieu.
• Requires strong leadership and financial acumen.
• Experience in aerospace/defense industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns full P&L for the business unit and reports budget progress.
• Oversees capacity planning, investments, and staffing in line with plans.
• Reviews costs and implements actions to meet budgeted standards.
• Maintains customer schedules and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Represents the company during customer visits and presentations.
