Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, plus Lean tools familiarity and basic CNC knowledge.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/operations.
• ITAR: US person; no sponsorship; relocation not offered within 50 miles of Euclid, OH.

Responsibilities

• Direct all manufacturing personnel to meet customer requirements.
• Lead the team to achieve schedules, quality, cost and safety goals.
• Implement Lean manufacturing tools and drive continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with functional and service groups to meet customer needs.
• Manage on-shift training, documentation, and shift handoffs.
