Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a Manufacturing Production Scheduler to oversee scheduling across multiple sites for large-scale manufacturing activities. The role ensures alignment between material availability, capacity, and production execution, coordinating with Planning and PMO to optimize schedules.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP and data-analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3+ years in manufacturing, planning, scheduling, or supply chain.
• Strong ERP knowledge and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules.
• Monitor work orders, progress, capacity, materials, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and PMO.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate impacts and recovery plans.
• Maintain ERP scheduling data and review MRP requirements.
• Support daily production meetings and prepare reports.
