Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Production Scheduler to align material availability, capacity, and production execution across multiple sites. You will develop schedules, monitor progress, manage production orders, and support daily meetings and management reporting.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate clearly across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline is preferred.
• 2–3+ years in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or related environment.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and Excel/data-analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing and SAP/NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules across sites.
• Monitor work orders, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and PM.
• Identify risks and communicate impacts and recovery plans.
• Maintain ERP data and assist with work order management.
