Job summary

AST SpaceMobile is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Production Scheduler to oversee scheduling across multiple sites, ensuring alignment between material availability, capacity, and production execution. You will monitor progress, identify risks, and support daily meetings with the Planning and Manufacturing teams.

The role requires 2–3+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP/MRP experience, and advanced Excel/data-analysis skills, with excellent communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical discipline preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and directly related manufacturing scheduling experience may be considered.
• 2–3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or related environment.
• Strong ERP knowledge and Excel/data-analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules.
• Monitor work orders, production progress, capacity constraints, material shortages, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Program Management.
• Identify schedule risks and communicate impacts and recovery plans.
• Maintain ERP scheduling data and review MRP requirements.
• Prepare production reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze schedule adherence, backlog, capacity, and on‑time delivery.
