Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support aerospace manufacturing operations onsite in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate materials, manage shortages, support inventory activities, and help teams maintain efficient workflows to keep production on track.

The role requires experience supporting production, manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, or operations teams and the ability to collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain, or related operations roles.
• Experience supporting production schedules and work orders.
• Inventory coordination experience.
• Experience working within ERP systems (SAP, iON or similar).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production schedules to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate material availability and identify shortages that could impact timelines.
• Work with manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams.
• Review and resolve system discrepancies affecting demand signals or scheduling.
• Track work orders and support production planning activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movement on the production floor.
• Support shortage management and escalation activities.
• Help improve production workflows, staging processes, and material availability.
• Ensure parts and assemblies are available to support build schedules.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage production, inventory and manufacturing activities.
• Generate reports and provide updates on production status and material readiness.
