Insight Global is seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support aerospace manufacturing operations onsite in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate materials, manage shortages, support inventory activities, and help teams maintain efficient workflows to keep production on track.

The role requires experience supporting production, manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, or operations teams and the ability to collaborate with planning, logistics, procurement, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain, or related operations roles.
• Experience supporting production schedules and work orders.
• Inventory coordination experience.
• Experience working within ERP systems (SAP, iON or similar).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support production schedules to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate material availability and identify shortages that could impact timelines.

• Review and resolve system discrepancies affecting demand signals or scheduling.

We are seeking a highly organized Production Coordinator to support manufacturing operations within a fast-paced aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production schedules remain on track by coordinating materials, managing shortages, supporting inventory activities, and helping teams maintain efficient manufacturing workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting production, manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, or operations teams and will be comfortable working cross-functionally with manufacturing, planning, logistics, and procurement teams. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact production performance and help drive successful execution of complex hardware builds.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and support production schedules to ensure manufacturing milestones are achieved
• Coordinate material availability and identify shortages that could impact production timelines
• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and logistics teams
• Review and resolve system discrepancies that may create inaccurate demand signals or scheduling conflicts
• Track work orders and support production planning activities
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material movement throughout the production floor
• Support shortage management and escalation activities
• Help improve production workflows, staging processes, and material availability
• Ensure parts and assemblies are available when needed to support build schedules
• Utilize ERP systems to manage production, inventory, and manufacturing activities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory control, materials planning, or related operations roles
• Experience supporting production schedules and work orders
• Inventory coordination experience
• Experience working within ERP systems
• Experience with SAP, iON, or similar manufacturing ERP platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing environments
• Experience supporting complex hardware production operations
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing settings

Compensation

$35 - $45 Per Hour

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
