Job summary

NE-XT is seeking an Aerospace Production Planning and Scheduling Manager in Windsor, CT to lead production plans aligned to customer demand. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to synchronize materials, machines, and personnel, and partner with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyze production data, forecast needs, and develop tools to mature the planning function while championing safety and quality.

Qualifications

5+ years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
Advanced analytical ability; interpret data and act decisively.
Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
Hands-on experience with production planning software and Microsoft Office.
Lean concepts and continuous improvement familiarity; ISO quality management exposure.
Experience with Epicor Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and own production plans and finite schedules aligned to demand.
Coordinate daily with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics to synchronize resources.
Partner with customers to meet on-time delivery and communicate risks.
Work with Operations and Engineering to resolve constraints quickly.
Track progress in real time and adjust schedules to hit deadlines.
Develop tools and processes to mature the planning function.
Champion safety and quality compliance throughout the production lifecycle.
Prepare and present KPIs to senior leadership.
