Qualifications

• 5+ years of production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP software and MS Office.
• Leadership in team development and performance management.
• Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.
• Epicor Manufacturing ERP proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules aligned with business goals and customer demands.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering and operations teams.
• Partner with customers to meet on-time delivery expectations.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to optimize resources.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and improvements.
• Design and mature production planning tools and processes.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and present production metrics for senior management.
