Job summary

NE-XT is seeking an Aerospace Production Planning and Scheduling Manager in Windsor, CT to lead production plans aligned to customer demand. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to synchronize materials, machines, and personnel, and partner with customers to ensure on-time delivery.

You will analyze production data, forecast needs, and develop tools to mature the planning function while championing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning and scheduling in manufacturing.
• Advanced analytical ability; interpret data and act decisively.
• Clear, confident communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with production planning software and Microsoft Office.
• Lean concepts and continuous improvement familiarity; ISO quality management exposure.
• Experience with Epicor Manufacturing is a plus.

Aerospace Production Planning and Scheduling ManagerLocation: Windsor, CTPicture the start of your day at NE-XT: you open the production dashboard, spot a surge in demand for a key aerospace component, and quickly realign the schedule. A stand-up with Operations and Engineering follows, where you balance capacity, materials, and takt time. By mid-morning, you’re partnering with Procurement and Logistics to secure critical parts, and before lunch you’re on the phone with a customer confirming on-time delivery. The afternoon closes with a review of performance metrics and a plan to refine tools that make our planning function smarter and faster.At NE-XT, our people power progress.
