Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

• Experience with production planning software and MS Office.
• Leadership abilities with focus on team development.
• Experience in the aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing industries.
• Experience with Epicor Manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules aligned with goals and demand.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Meet customer on-time delivery expectations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to achieve the production plan.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Analyze production data to forecast needs and identify improvements.
• Develop tools and processes to mature the planning function.
• Ensure safety and quality standards throughout production.
• Prepare and present reports on production metrics to senior management.
