Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA is seeking a Production Control Manager to lead Scheduling, Production Planning, Material Planning, and Production Control in Indianapolis. The role ensures alignment of aircraft completion with capacity, materials, and engineering requirements to meet customer commitments.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Project Management to optimize production flow and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 7 years in production control, planning, scheduling, or related role.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage production metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling, Production Planning, Material Planning, and Production Control.
• Develop and maintain integrated production schedules and plans.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Identify capacity constraints and recoveries to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and quality to optimize production flow.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and enable data-driven decisions.
