Job summary

COMLUX AMERICA is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize production control processes at our Indianapolis facility. You will analyze workflows, implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements, build dashboards, and collaborate with Scheduling, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to drive on-time delivery and cost performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in industrial/ manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
• Experience in aerospace or complex production environments preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, root-cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience developing data analysis tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes existing production control processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develops and implements process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Analyzes production flow to improve movement of work, materials, and information.
• Develops dashboards and performance metrics to monitor schedule adherence.
• Collects and interprets production data for decision-making.
• Collaborates with Scheduling, Planning, Material Planning, and Production Control.
• Supports capacity analysis and resource planning.
• Develops process maps, value-stream maps, and SOPs.
• Participates in cross-functional improvement teams.
