Job summary

Armtec Defense Technologies, an operating unit of the TransDigm Group, is seeking a Production Planner in Coachella, CA. This role plans and coordinates material requirements to meet delivery schedules, generates purchase requisitions, and collaborates with Purchasing, Program Management, Contracts, and Operations to resolve shortages and keep production on track.

The Production Planner will maintain material records, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with internal schedules

Qualifications

• 1-2 years material inventory and scheduling experience in aerospace manufacturing (preferred).
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university.
• Dependable, responsible, accurate and able to work with people.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules with customers and production supervision.
• Issue work orders to meet schedule and coordinate with departments.
