Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing background with ability to read and interpret general business reports.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and experience required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities with focus on safety, quality and output.
• Plan, assign and direct work; interview and train employees; evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with IPT, maintenance, and site leadership to meet production goals and schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Ensure all staff are trained on current procedures and comply with policies.
