Formación

• 4+ years of production planning in an ERP-driven environment (Costpoint a plus).
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Production control planning and scheduling in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities under tight timelines.
• Proficient computer skills with ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and willing to work overtime.

Responsabilidades

• Plan capacity to meet build plan commitments and expedite as needed.
• Create and release manufacturing orders based on BOM/configuration; close WOs after sub-assemblies.
• Track material shortages and communicate critical shortages to the program team.
• Maintain inventory including shelf-life materials and tooling.
• Coordinate material flow between departments per schedules and maintain records.
• Prepare purchase requests based on master production schedule, shop load, and inventory needs.
• Perform variance analysis on WOs; verify MRP accuracy and reconcile supply/demand.
• Update WOs for Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Conduct material cycle counts and assist with program close out.
