Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Holt, MI is seeking an onsite technician to cut, fit, and assemble advanced composite components for aircraft engines. You will disassemble parts, shape materials, and finish parts to exact tolerances while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong teamwork and basic computer literacy are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Experience with body work, painting, welding, and composite materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, sizing, and measuring composite materials per process instructions.
• Disassembly and assembly of aircraft components.
• Manipulating materials to form molds using heat and stretch techniques.
• Fabrication and finishing of composite and metal parts to tight tolerances.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and teamwork at all times.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and use basic computer skills.
• Work shifts including 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) per business needs.
