Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Holt, MI is seeking a skilled technician to work on advanced composite materials and aircraft components. You will cut, size and measure materials, disassemble and assemble parts, and perform fabrication and finishing to very tight tolerances within a safety‑conscious team.

A high school diploma or GED is required; A&P certification or prior manufacturing experience is preferred. This is an onsite, second‑shift position (2pm–10pm) with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• A&P certification or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with body work, painting, welding, or composites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cut, size, and measure state-of-the-art composite materials per process sheets.
• Disassemble and assemble aircraft components.
• Fabricate and finish parts to very tight tolerances.
• Demonstrate integrity and professionalism within a team setting.
• Communicate clearly, both written and verbally, on tasks and results.
• Be flexible to work second shift (2pm–10pm) as required.
