Job summary

RTX Pratt & Whitney Holt in Michigan is seeking a manufacturing associate for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am) to cut, size, measure composite materials and assemble aircraft components. The role requires disassembly/assembly, finishing, and adherence to tight tolerances, with a focus on safety and quality.

Candidates must have a HS Diploma or GED and be a U.S. citizen. Onsite work, FAA-regulated facility context, and comprehensive benefits are provided by RTX Holt.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cut, size, and measure composite materials per process sheets.
• Disassemble and assemble aircraft components.
• Manipulate materials by heating/stretching to form molds.
• Perform composite and metal fabrication within tight tolerances.
• Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be able to work any shift, including first, second, and third shift (10pm–6am for 3rd).
