Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing or MRO environment is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate progress of work orders pending release to production.
• Ensure all work racks are inventoried and 95% complete before release to production.
• Update Aerotrac reports and work in progress (WIP).
• Perform inventory on all work racks after inspection is completed.
• Verify inventory and enter scrap on work racks in inspection workbench.
• Monitor outstanding parts and communicate shortages as needed.
• Recommend part exchanges for parts not making the build date.
• Maintain relationships with Logistics, Production, and Sales.
