Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Production Coordinator (Falcon) to monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow, ensuring on-time delivery across multiple work centers in an aerospace setting.

Work with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to keep MRP/ERP data accurate and support management with actionable reports. ITAR requirements apply, and overtime/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Minimum 1 year in an administrative role.
• Experience with MS Office and inventory processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, and work centers.
• Ensure parts are protected per SpaceX specifications.
• Maintain clean MRP/ERP data with production and planning teams.
• Develop and maintain reports highlighting needs and constraints for internal and customer use.
• Communicate part status and estimated completion dates to leadership weekly.
