Job summary

Fairhope Aero is seeking a Receiving & Shipping Tech to coordinate, inspect, and monitor incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role manages work order readiness, conducts inspections, and supports logistics and inventory functions.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving inspections on all incoming materials and repair orders.
• Perform paperwork inspections prior to release to service of units.
• Perform final inspections on all materials and parts/units shipped.
• Support shipping and receiving demands as necessary.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and comply with safety policies.
• Travel as required to support business needs.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Production and Logistics to improve processes.
