Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Production Coordinator (Falcon) to manage the flow of parts, coordinate movement across locations, and ensure data integrity in MRP/ERP systems. This role partners with planning, procurement, engineering, and production to drive on-time delivery and optimize metrics.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years in an administrative role; familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with MS Office focus.
• Inventory management experience and organized filing.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and related data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts through the production flow for timely delivery.
• Coordinate movement of parts through receiving, stock rooms, and work centers.
• Ensure parts are handled per company specs and protected appropriately.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean MRP/ERP data and resolve incorrect system data.
• Develop metrics and reports to highlight needs and constraints.
• Communicate part status and ETA to leadership weekly.
• Support logistics with innovative staging and action-item tracking.
• Assist with stock returns and inventory purge actions.
