Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in aerospace or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience developing or supporting repair processes (brazing, plating, coating, welding).
• Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of repair processes for turbine, compressor, and combustor components.
• Provide technical support for production operations and troubleshoot process challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
• Lead projects focused on process optimization, cost reduction, quality improvement, and capacity enhancement.
• Own technical aspects of assigned production processes and implement sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams to industrialize new repair solutions.
• Identify and implement tooling, equipment, and process improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, procedures, and manufacturing documentation.
• Present updates and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support NPI activities and transition new repairs into production.
