Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 7+ years of experience.
- Experience leading manufacturing or production control teams.
- Experience with program schedule analysis and ERP systems.
- Proficiency with SAP and APS is preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead team to coordinate and expedite manufacturing flow.
- Develop shop schedules and lead program production meetings.
- Utilize ERP system and Synchrono for operations.
- Release work orders to Production on schedule.
- Manage Material Inventory, Receiving and Shipping teams.
- Coordinate material planning with Supply Chain management.
- Generate metrics for labor, schedule, quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with program management to ensure on-time delivery.
