Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years of related experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong aerospace machining management experience.
• Background with ERP systems is mandatory.
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing regulations and operational guidelines.
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Defining, implementing, and revising operational policies to improve day-to-day operations.
• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business and operational procedures.
• Ensures work environments are adequate, safe, compliant, and professional.
• Oversees manufacturing and coordinates with purchasing and sales to meet goals.
• Maintains and supports AS-9100 Quality Management System.
• Plans, directs, controls budgets and cost of sales to meet financial objectives.
• Establishes metrics and standards to evaluate efficiency and identify improvements.
• Leads cross-functional coordination to streamline workflow and reduce costs.
