Job summary

Responsibilities include optimizing shop schedules, utilizing ERP tools such as Synchrono, and delivering timely performance metrics while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline (business, manufacturing systems, engineering, supply chain management, etc.).
• Previous leadership experience as a functional manager.
• Experience performing program schedule analysis involving schedule development, critical path and risk analysis.
• Expert proficiency with ERP programs & other enterprise-wide software applications.
• Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
• Must be a US Person.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the team responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of manufacturing work and materials across supply chain, material control, operations according to program schedules.
• Develop and maintain shop schedules and lead program specific production meetings.
• Utilize the ERP system and supporting tools such as Synchrono Manufacturing.
• Manage Production Control personnel to release work orders to Production according to schedule.
• Manage Material Inventory personnel to support material stocking, kitting and movement.
• Monitor and report on deliveries, capacity, and forecast delivery dates.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to plan shortages and corrective actions.
