Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, manufacturing systems, engineering, or related field with 7+ years of leadership experience.
Experience performing program schedule analysis, including schedule development, critical path, and risk analysis.
Proficiency with ERP and enterprise-wide software; SAP/APS experience is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the flow of manufacturing work and materials across supply chain, material control, and operations.
Develop and maintain shop schedules and lead production meetings.
Utilize ERP and tools like Synchrono Manufacturing to manage work orders and material movements.
Manage planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination with Supply Chain to meet program milestones.
Generate and report metrics on labor efficiency, schedule adherence, and utilization.
