Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a New Product Introduction Manager to lead the production integration of new aerospace products and manufacturing processes. You will drive schedules, oversee cost-efficient transitions to full-scale production, and align customer expectations with technical requirements.

The role requires building high-performing teams, removing barriers, and sustaining a Lean mindset to deliver robust product processes and on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with strong product and/or process knowledge.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams and/or complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performance teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders.
• SAP experience should be familiar.
• General knowledge of Parker Lord manufacturing processes such as elastomer, bonding, assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Product Introduction department with clear objectives and accountability.
• Promote a safety-first culture and close safety improvements.
• Partner with operations, technology, product development, sourcing, and manufacturing teams.
• Establish and execute production schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Manage development and manufacture of new aerospace products and processes.
• Monitor capacity and capability through capacity planning.
• Identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
• Resolve manufacturing barriers and prioritize resources across programs.
• Develop and transition documented, validated products to production.
• Ensure compliance with NPD processes, deliverables, and readiness.
• Support cost reduction initiatives to improve quality and performance.
• Track milestones, KPIs, risks, and obstacles with dashboards.
