Job summary

Astronics AES, located in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead product marketing, campaigns, and sales enablement across the AES portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand consistency, shaping messaging for aerospace power solutions.

You will develop go-to-market plans, manage digital marketing, and coordinate events and materials that inform customers and support revenue growth. Experience in B2B aerospace/defense markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in marketing, product marketing, product launch, or product promotion within an aerospace, defense, technical, industrial, or similarly complex B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes short- and long-term product marketing plans and programs across the AES product portfolio.
• Collaborates with Corporate Marketing and unit marketers to align AES activities with standards, tools, and guidelines.
• Supports revenue growth by developing campaigns that generate awareness, engagement, leads, and opportunities; monitors campaign metrics.
• Leads AES product marketing opportunities at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events; plans product focus, demos, messaging, and materials.
• Manages AES social media and digital marketing activities, including content planning, campaigns, advertising, and performance tracking.
• Identifies customer buying motivations, value drivers, market trends, and competitive dynamics through market research and competitive analysis.
• Produces and maintains product data sheets, sales tools, brochures, presentations, website content, and marketing collateral.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials to equip AES sales and business development teams for customer engagements.
• Leads website content strategy and implementation for AES product lines, including branding and customer-facing content.
• Develops content across AI-powered search and discovery platforms; manages underlying content and digital presence.
• Manages AES media and public relations activities, including press releases, media engagement, and paid placements.
• Owns and maintains the AES content library to ensure collateral and assets are current and accessible.
• Supports development and management of the AES product marketing budget in coordination with AES leadership.
