Responsibilities

• Owns the dimensional integrity of assigned aerospace parts and leads tooling, inspection methods, qualification plans, and production processes for repeatable manufacturing.
• Resolves manufacturing challenges with customers, quality teams, and production staff; investigates defects and implements corrective actions.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, and overall manufacturing costs.
• Analyzes quality and production data, conducts root cause investigations, and develops FMEAs and control plans.
• Supports new product introductions and validates tooling for production readiness in a cross‑functional aerospace environment.
