Job summary

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive product and process quality improvements across aerospace and regulated manufacturing environments. You will apply Six Sigma, DMAIC, DIVE, and Shainin methods to identify root causes and implement durable CAPAs.

You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and customers to ensure AS9100 compliance and continuous improvement, delivering measurable quality gains and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5–10 years of quality engineering experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred; experience with AS9100 and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured problem-solving activities using Six Sigma, DMAIC, DIVE, Shainin, and other quality engineering methodologies.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and defect reduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing nonconformances, scrap, rework, and customer escapes.
• Utilize statistical analysis and quality tools to support data-driven decision making.
