Job summary

3M is seeking an Advanced Product Engineer to join the Central TEBG Product Engineering Organization. Based on-site at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN, you will lead aerospace-focused programs, collaborate with global teams, drive quality improvements and product line extensions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or higher and 3 years of Product Engineering or Product Development experience, with additional qualifications in materials, process engineering, and safety/regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Three years of Product Engineering and/or Product Development experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Willingness to work on-site at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to improve quality, reduce costs, qualify alternate sources and expand product offerings for Aerospace & Defense.
• Lead, with cross-functional teams, Change Management Projects for existing products and line extensions.
• Support development and maintenance of aerospace sealants, structural adhesives, and films.
