Job summary

You will lead design reviews with aerospace OEMs and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to bring designs from workstation to aircraft. Ideal candidates apply 3D CAD and FEA to verify performance under extreme conditions and communicate technical options clearly to leadership
Qualifications
- BSME or BSAE with hands-on hardware design experience.
- Proficient in 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and FEA/simulation (ANSYS).
- Strong understanding of fluid power principles and servo valve tech.
- Excellent technical communication for customer reviews and leadership.
- US Citizenship or permanent residency required for defense contracts.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Product Design: concept, model, and analyze high-precision valves and fluid components.
- Rapid Prototyping & Testing: design test setups, stress tests, and validate performance.
- Technical Ownership: lead design reviews and sign off on drawings and updates.
- Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
