Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related college courses, certificate completion, or related job training in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions with four or more years of related experience in administrative, marketing/customer service, pricing, or product support areas.
• Knowledge of customer service and pricing/quotation administration policies; FAA regulations if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and submits customer quotations and pricing requests; coordinates with divisions, contracts, and sales.
• Maintains price lists, quote logs, and pricing history records to ensure accuracy.
• Tracks open quotes and follows up to prevent expired or stale pricing; communicates status to customers and stakeholders.
• Releases repairs to production after customer approval and updates related sales orders with delivery dates and costs.
• Maintains pricing files in ERP/quoting systems and supports continuous improvement of the quoting process.
