Job summary

Blue Water is seeking a Pricing & Project Coordinator to support the Aerospace Logistics division. The role focuses on pricing, procurement, and end-to-end project handling for aerospace shipments, coordinating with global teams and vendors to optimize rates and service levels.

The position requires experience in logistics, strong pricing knowledge, and proficiency in Excel and logistics systems. Visa sponsorship is not available; work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or aerospace supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of pricing and procurement.
• Experience in aerospace or time-critical shipments preferred.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive and accurate pricing for aerospace logistics requests (AOG, critical, routine).
• Analyze costs and ensure alignment with margin targets.
• Coordinate with global teams to secure best rates.
• Maintain pricing records and ensure consistency.
• Source and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Manage shipments from quotation through completion.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics solutions (air, ocean, road, courier).
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Handle AOG situations with urgency.
• Ensure documentation, billing, and file closure accuracy.
• Track KPIs and improve operational processes.
