Textron Aviation is seeking a Machinist - Grinder (AeroMotion) on 2nd shift to set up and operate ball form thread grinding on OD/ID machines. You will produce parts from manufacturing prints, determine fit, and maintain machine health in a high-precision environment.

Responsibilities include tool management, in-process inspection, and supporting continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality policies. Prior CNC/manual grinding experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required.
• A technical education is helpful.
• 2+ years Machining Experience required in any of the following disciplines: ID/OD/Jig/Surface Grinding Hone; CNC Mill, CNC Lathe; Manual Mill, Manual Lathe.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate equipment with appropriate tooling/gages for part production and inspection.
• Complete customer product requirements per work order.
• Perform in-process inspection to ensure 100% quality product.
