Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. Aerostructures Division is seeking a Payroll Admin 3 for a Hybrid role in Washington. You will support payroll across multiple codes, ensure accurate gross and net pay calculations, and maintain payroll records with strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include tax reporting, year-end reconciliation, and guidance to HR and Finance. Candidates should have 4–6 years payroll experience and strong ADP/Excel skills; multi-state payroll experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years payroll experience required.
• Proficient in ADP and Excel; strong data accuracy.
• Experience with state/local payroll taxes and W-2s preferred.
• Multi-state payroll experience highly desired; Canada/intl payroll a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for up to 33 company codes (weekly/bi-weekly/semi-monthly).
• Prepare, document, and disburse payroll checks; calculate gross and net pay.
• Maintain payroll records and reconcile data; troubleshoot issues."
• Assist with quarterly payroll tax reporting and resolve related issues.
• Assist with year-end payroll tasks including 401(k) reconciliation and workers compensation reporting.
• Provide guidance to HR and Finance on payroll matters.
