RTX, in partnership with Pratt & Whitney, is seeking an onsite inspector to perform dimensional and visual inspections on aerospace parts and tooling. You will document results, verify conformance, and support continuous improvement in a high-visibility program.

Prior DX certification and experience with Solumina/SAP are preferred; strong math skills and proficiency with Excel/Outlook are required. The role offers weekend shift coverage (Fri-Sun) with potential for overtime, and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Inspection experience with current DX certification (OEM or AMO).
• Familiarity with Solumina & SAP.
• Able to navigate Excel and Outlook.
• High School or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Perform dimensional and visual inspection per procedures to verify parts and tools.
• Support DNS cell in WIP burndown to aid fleet readiness.
• Document findings and disposition parts as acceptable or repair-needed.
• Use fixed/variable gauges to check dimensions and record results.
• Identify need for repair or replacement of equipment.
• Collaborate with team to drive improvements.
• Maintain inspection stamp and manage priorities.
• Overtime may be required to meet workload.
