What You Will Do
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection following standardized methods and established techniques, which may involve surface plate work, or standard measuring techniques to verify accuracy of parts, tools, gages or other equipment and accept or reject material based on findings.
Additional Responsibilities
- High visibility and potential for growth through demonstrated performance.
- Work to approved procedures, drawings, and Engine Manuals to plan and perform dimensional and visual inspection on parts, tools, gages and other equipment.
- Document inspection findings and disposition parts as acceptable or requiring repair based on your findings.
- Integrate with the existing team to foster a collaborate and problem-solving environment.
- Use fixed and variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and record results.
- Perform mathematical computations to determine extent of nonconformance, & document.
- Recognize the need for, and arrange for, the repair or replacement of measuring equipment.
- Support and promote continuous improvement activities to meet business objectives.
- Must maintain Inspection stamp.
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Flexibility around shifts, for training and to maintain workflow, to include overtime.
- This is a Weekend Shift , Friday -Sunday , 6:00am-6:30pm.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Inspection experience with current DX certification (OEM or AMO).
- Familiarity with Solumina & SAP.
- Able to navigate Excel and Outlook.
- High School or GED.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Active DX or FX inspection certifications (OEM or AMO).
- Previous AMO inspection experience.
- Familiar with precision measuring equipment.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic Shop Math
