The position requires a Juris Doctorate, active bar membership, and extensive experience with U.S. Government contracting. Strong analytical and communication abilities are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctorate and active state bar membership.
• At least 10 years of relevant U.S. Government contracting experience.
• Ability to obtain, and maintain, a U.S. Government security clearance.
• U.S. Government and commercial contracting experience at a law firm, U.S. Government agency, and/or in-house legal department.
• Ability to analyze complex legal concepts and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Counsel on matters related to pursuit, capture, negotiation, execution and administration of U.S. Government and commercial prime contracts and subcontracts.
• Advise and coordinate with internal specialists on intellectual property, environmental, safety, real estate and property, human resources, investigations, supply chain, export/import compliance, litigation, and employment and labor relations.
