Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; no degree specified.
• Active and transferable interim secret U.S. government clearance required; ability to obtain secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours and work overtime, including weekends.
• Follow EH&S policies and wear appropriate PPE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, masking, and sanding.
• Apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun.
• Adjust spray gun for optimal transfer efficiency; train others.
• Maintain spray equipment; ensure equipment and materials meet specifications.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Meet customer deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Handle hazardous chemicals per regulations; keep work area clean.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
