Job summary

Triumph Group in Yakima, WA, seeks an experienced painter for the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) to prep and paint hydraulic assemblies and components used in aerospace. You will read technical data sheets, mix paints, and apply coatings with a pneumatic spray gun following blueprints and specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and spray-painting experience in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in spray painting in an industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and interpret tolerances.
• Basic math and measurement skills; intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-paint prep including sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Read Technical Data Sheets to mix paints per spec.
• Paint hydraulic assemblies using pneumatic spray guns per instructions.
• Identify parts markings, decals, and stencils to support painting.
• Maintain safety and quality while meeting production deadlines.
